Summoning: David has shown that he can summon biological beings, such as his (possibly immortal) homing pigeon.
Power to give durability: David has also demonstrated that he can prolong the durability of materials up to 100 million years or more.
Fast building: We aren't really sure what power this is, but building millions of factories from second hand market materials seems to be of supernatural origin.
